Slick Woods might just have the most incredible birth story ever.
The 22-year-old model has given birth to baby boy Saphir, her first child with boyfriend Adonis Bosso.
The arrival of her son means Slick, real name Simone Thompson, was in labour while walking in Rihanna’s critically-acclaimed Savage x Fenty fashion show on Wednesday.
Slick announced the arrival of her baby boy on Instagram with a picture of her runway look and the caption: ‘A lewk, 14 hours of labor, and A king is born.

Adonis, 27, also confirmed the joyful news by sharing a professional model photo of himself with the simple caption: ‘Fatherhood.’
TMZ initially reported that Slick had gone into labour moments after going backstage. Paramedics arrived at the show and Slick was then taken to a nearby hospital where she welcomed her bundle of joy.
Slick had earlier stolen the show, strutting down the runway with her bare baby bump on show and wearing Rihanna’s skimpy all-in-one lingerie set with nipple pasties.
The fashion muse was joined by the likes of Gigi and Bella Hadid and Duckie Thot while another pregnant model, Janina Thompson, also walked. Rihanna has earned praise for the inclusiveness of her Savage x Fenty show, which featured models of all colours, shades and sizes.
Adonis, who is believed to have begun dating Slick earlier this year, recently spoke about becoming a father for the first time.
The Canadian model told Paper magazine: ‘I’ve always felt like I was a really caring and nurturing person so finding out I was going to be a dad was just, like, a gift… that’s the best word I can think of.
‘At the end of the day, we’re two very independent people but our son is always going to be the priority. I trust that we will always put him as a priority, no matter what happens with music or modeling or anything else.’
Adonis, who is based in Los Angeles, revealed that he plans on spending more time in New York where Slick lives so he can spend more time with Saphir while he’s a newborn.
Asked what he hopes to teach his son, Adonis said: ‘Mostly I just want to reinforce his creativity and never force any of my insecurities or ideas on him.
‘For instance, my mind can be my own enemy, so I want to make sure that my son always knows how strong he is mentally, and that he has power over negative thoughts. I want him to realise that in life there’s always going to be someone you think is smarter or stronger or better looking, but you can’t let your fear of not being good enough stop you.
‘I want him to know there is only one him, and that’s why he’s unique.’
