The most stylish celebrities flocked to the British Fashion Council’s Fashion Awards 2017 in London on 4 December. Hosted at the Royal Albert Hall, A-list stars like Naomi Campbell, Ashley Graham and Rita Ora strutted down the red carpet in an array of stunning designer get-ups.

It was Campbell, 47, who stole the show on the red carpet as she arrived with her age-defying mother, Valerie Morris. Although aged 66, Morris could easily have passed for Campbell’s sister with her enviably youthful looks and flawless skin. Campbell paid tribute to late iconic fashion designer Azzedine Alaia, who died in November, by wearing one of his black gowns.

However, the night truly belonged to Adwoa Aboah who was crowned Model of the Year during the ceremony. Aboah, 25, saw her profile soar to new heights in November when she covered the December issue of British Vogue to mark the debut of the magazine’s new editor, Edward Enninful. Before delivering an acceptance speech, Aboah was overwhelmed with emotions when presented with the coveted award by Naomi Campbell.

In addition to her impressive modelling credentials, Aboah was also honoured for her work with her Gurls Talk digital platform as well as campaigning for mental health issues and diversity in the fashion industry.

The evening also saw performances from Wretch 32 and Rita Ora while Stormzy and Tinie Tempah were spotted supporting from the tables.
